Established in January 2010, Spirit First Martial Arts offers purpose equiped facility to make your martial arts training safe and enjoyable.

Our dojo is used exclusively by Spirit First Martial Arts.

You will be learning traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate and Kobudo (weapons' art) and the practicality of the art for self-defence purposes.
